Infect not only females, increased waist problem is also in the men and they are also struggling to reduce the waist.</p>
<p>The waist should be in the ratio of the body structure. Ideal difference is 10 inches. Some changes come with ageing and deliveries so a difference of 12 inches will not be much. So, start doing exercises if fitness grows more than that, else the problem will increase and you will not be able to do something about it then.</p>
<p>Following I&#8217;m sharing with you few simple <strong>exercises</strong>, you may start doing one whichever you like.</p>
<ol>
<li>Lie down on the floor, spreading the arms towards your head and join your hands bellow your head. Start pairing your legs while keeping them stretched, so far as possible and repeat it ten times.</li>
<li>Lie down on the floor and raise your legs in the air and move them round as if you are cycling, do it at least 50 times.</li>
<li>Stand straight while keeping a distance of 12 inches between your feet. Keep hands on the waist, thumb towards the back and fingers in the front. Now bend your torso to the right, then straight and now left. Do it ten times a day.</li>
<li>Stand with your legs a little apart and arms raised above the head. Bend to the left and touch the right knee with left hand. Return to the first posture. Bend to your right now and do the same. Repeat 5 times.</li>
<li>Sit with spread legs and bend from your waist and touch the opposite foot with a hand. Do it from five to ten times.</li>
<li>Stand with legs straight and join your fingers in front and raise the hands above the head. Bend to the left. Knees must be straight and legs stretched. Come back to normal and now bend to right. Repeat five to ten times.</li>
<li>Lie down straight on floor, raise your legs a little. Now raise your upper torso and touch your feet with hands, do it 2-3 times.</li>
<li>Sit on the floor, with legs touched and stretched. Now touch your feet with hands. Do it 2-3 times.</li>

Pour a tablespoon of dried sage in a cup of boiling water. Let the leaves soak for fifteen minutes and then filtered. Drink the tea once a day.</p>
<p><strong>Wrap Sweat</strong><br />
Mix 30 g of Icelandic lichen with 70 g of walnut leaves. Boil 4 tablespoons of the mixture in a quart of water for fifteen minutes. Filter the decoction for some time and use the sponge.<br />
You can also have foot bath in a decoction diluted with equal amount of cold water.</p>
<p><strong>other tips</strong><br />
To reduce odor clothing is advisable to use cotton, silk or natural fiber that can damage our skin to breathe. Not shown are synthetic fibers that reduce the ‘ventilation of the skin and can trigger allergies.<br />
The hair of the armpits, ‘crotch helps to disperse the odor as it limits the formation of a warm, humid places where bacteria proliferate with great ease.</p>

<li>Avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.</li>
<li>Sucking on a piece of clove (long) is another effective remedy.</li>
<li>Drink lemon juice (mix with water &amp; sugar &amp; have an hour before meals), have banana, almonds and yogurt</li>
<li>Include ginger in meals or have ginger in raw form.</li>
<li>Have vegetables like beans, pumpkin, cabbage, carrot and spring onions.</li>
<li>Cut down Excessive smoking &amp; alcohol</li>
<li>Drink a glass of milk – everyday.</li>
<li>Avoid excess salt, oil, pickles, curd, fried food, sour foods like tamarind and consume more salads and legumes</li>
<li>Improving of eating habit is also necessary. After eating, an upright posture should be maintained for some time. Meals should be moderate, taking care to avoid overeating.</li>

<p>1)<br />
1 apple<br />
3 slices of pineapple or grapefruit or half orange<br />
pinch of ginger crushed<br />
Pinch black pepper</p>
<p>Cut the apple into small pieces. You can peel it if u want to. Blend it in the blender/juicer. Pour into the glass and add a sprinkling of ginger and black pepper and stir. Drink it on daily basis, after couple of days, you will see a very good result on your skin.</p>
<p>2)<br />
1 apple or 2 peaches<br />
½ lime juice<br />
¼ tsp lemon juice<br />
handful of green or red grapes or their juice<br />
sprinkling of ginger n black pepper<br />
1 tsp honey</p>
<p>Chop the fruit into smaller pieces and blend in the juicer. Pour into the glass and Add the ginger, black pepper and honey and mix well. Drink it on daily basis it will soften your skin and make you look fresh and healthy.<br />
3)<br />
¼ cup of pineapple juice<br />
¼ cup of red grape juice<br />
1 tsp honey<br />
chopped mint leaves<br />
Pinch black pepper<br />
¼ cup orange juice<br />
¼ cup spinach juice</p>
<p>Blend them in a blender/juicer. Add honey, mint and black pepper and then drink it, use it daily and see the magic after couple of days.</p>

Insomnia usually causes by worry, anxiety, stress and major or minor health problems which can effect your quality of sleep. Lots of people takes sleeping pills which can actually make feel more tired and groggy the next day. Regular usage of the sleeping pills can harm your body as well as can cause mental issues.</p>
