Sweating is a physiological mechanism of body, which serves to maintain body temperature at 37 degrees. Through perspiration and its evaporation the body is able to dissipate heat. When this mechanism does not work, can manifest itself in body from a disorder called hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis is a problem characterized by excessive sweating of hands and feet. Some Leafs of plants can help to contain this unsightly problem.
Pour a tablespoon of dried sage in a cup of boiling water. Let the leaves soak for fifteen minutes and then filtered. Drink the tea once a day.
Mix 30 g of Icelandic lichen with 70 g of walnut leaves. Boil 4 tablespoons of the mixture in a quart of water for fifteen minutes. Filter the decoction for some time and use the sponge.
You can also have foot bath in a decoction diluted with equal amount of cold water.
To reduce odor clothing is advisable to use cotton, silk or natural fiber that can damage our skin to breathe. Not shown are synthetic fibers that reduce the ‘ventilation of the skin and can trigger allergies.
The hair of the armpits, ‘crotch helps to disperse the odor as it limits the formation of a warm, humid places where bacteria proliferate with great ease.
